By accessing and using the Bourque's Automotive & Tire website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
Bourque's Automotive & Tire provides automotive repair and maintenance services including but not limited to brake repair, tire services, oil changes, and general auto repair. All services are subject to availability and may require an appointment.
We provide estimates for repair work upon request. Final pricing may vary based on the actual work required. We will always contact you before performing any work beyond the original estimate if additional repairs are needed. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-show appointments may incur a fee.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For large repairs, we may require a deposit.
We stand behind our workmanship with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on brake repairs. Tires are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be accompanied by original service records.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and notifying us of any known issues. Please remove personal belongings from vehicles before service.
Bourque's Automotive & Tire's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or loss of use.
