We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every service we perform. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 30 days of service to discuss your concerns.
Our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on brake repairs covers defects in workmanship. If you experience issues covered by this warranty, bring your vehicle in for inspection. We will repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost.
Special order parts may not be returnable. Standard inventory parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. A restocking fee may apply.
Tire returns are subject to manufacturer policies. Some tires may be returned within 30 days if they have not been mounted or driven on. Contact us for specific tire return information.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
If we cannot resolve a service dispute to your satisfaction, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. We value your business and want to ensure a positive experience.
